Dr. Manjunath N is basically from a humble farming background with his father being a farmer. He came to Garden City Bangalore in 2005 to make a career for himself. He started his career by working in his friend’s company. He worked for quite a few years in his friend’s company. 5 years down the lane in 2010, he started his very own first company in the name of Kalyan Builders which is under the sole proprietorship of Dr. Manjunath N. There has been no looking back for Dr. Manjunath N ever since. From then on, he completed 10+ projects back to back successfully.

Sheer hard work, dedication, consistency seems to be the key mantra for his success in the last 10 wonderful years.

Dr. Manjunath N has proved his mettle at donning multiple hats with total ease. During this period, he was fortunate enough to also work with KHB projects (Karnataka Housing Board) initiated by the state government of Karnataka. He has also tried his luck in the Kannada film industry. He has been welcomed with open hands in the Kannada film fraternity. He is also a popular successful Kannada film producer.
